Add Confusion Self-Hurting to Damage Calculator.

Currently, the Smogon damage calculator cannot show the user how much damage Pokemon do to themselves when they hurt themselves in their confusion. This should be added to the damage calculator. Confusion is more common in competitive Pokemon than ever due to high Machamp usage, so it would be useful to let users find out how much damage Pokemon do to themselves in their confusion. For example, one could use such a feature to make sure a particular lead was never 2HKOed by Lead Machamp's Dynamicpunch even if it hurt itself in its confusion once.

Just manually enter a 40 base power attack of a type that is neutral to the Pokemon in question.
