New absol moveset.

Razor-Crit Combo Absol:

Absol @ Razor Claw or Scopes Lens
Ability: Superluck
Nature: Adament
Evs: Atk 252 Sp 252 Def 4
-Night Slash
-Psycho Cut
-Stone Edge
-Sucker Punch

This absol racks up damage quick. With razorclaw as an item, superluck, and three moves with high-crit ratios absol gets critical hits legitimately 50% of the time. The main point of this absol is to get major damage with every move it deals. This combination makes up for no swords dance or life orb and doesnt need a turn to set up or recoil damage. Also it gets more coverage without swords dance. The move absol uses is really up to the pokemon it faces. This moveset gives much coverage for atleast nuetral damage on any pokemon. Sucker Punch is a move of choice and may be switched out if desired. It also without the high crit ratio of night slash gives priority for hitting faster pokemon, and it also gets a 30% chance of a critical hit. It may be switched out with super power, mega horn, or any other move. But with these moves all together, chances are your opponent will be in aw by the amount of crits you rack up so quickly.

2. It's been brought up before and was determined basically stupid as Absol has much better things to be doing than trying to get a crit.

However, this was never formally QC rejected, so there's that.

Razor Claw + Super Luck + high crit move is a 33% chance of critical hit, not 50%. You're always better off with a Life Orb to get the 30% power boost and still have a nice 25% crit rate, or even an Expert Belt if you really hate recoil since with 4 attacks you'll have decent super effective coverage.
