About Kyurem

I just noticed that the Smogon Dex and Pokemon Showdown! don't let players use Kyurem-B with Freeze Shock, its signature move. WHAT THE FUCK. I realize having Freeze Shock would make him broken, but he needs a Power Herb to use it to its full potential. Plus, Kyurem-B can't learn Glaciate, it becomes Freeze Shock as soon as he fuses with Zekrom.

Everything I said above also applies to Kyurem-W and Ice Burn. Fix this plz.

All joking aside, I wrote the Kyurem-B analysis, and neither myself nor the QC team found it necessary to slash Freeze Shock anywhere. The fact that those moves have charge turns, take up your item slot if you run Power Herb, and can only be used once with Power Herb makes it not worth it the majority of the time. They're not even useful to lure stuff, which is what Solar Beam + Power Herb Heatran is used for. Freeze Shock doesn't break any clauses on Showdown either; why would they ban something that's downright terrible?
