[SET COMMENTS]
Froslass is a incredible addition for Ice teams, not only providing a nice Fighting immunity and a spinblocker, but also giving Ice teams access to a fantastic hazard in Spikes. Froslass's attack of choice can be either Shadow Ball or Poltergeist; both choices cleanly 2HKO Hatterene, deterring it from switching into Froslass's Spikes. Note that Shadow Ball is generally preferred as it's more reliable and hits users of Body Press such as Skarmory, Archaludon, and Great Tusk harder; however, Poltergeist has higher base power and notably does more damage to Hatterene and Hisuian Goodra. The last two moves can be any two of Thunder Wave, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, and Destiny Bond; the best choices here depends on Froslass's teammates. Thunder Wave is generally the best option as it helps fix Ice's generally questionable speed control as well as hindering dangerous threats such as Cinderace, Ogerpon-H, and Iron Valiant. Will-O-Wisp weakens important targets like Bisharp, Hisuian Goodra, and Urshifu-R. Taunt is a excellent option for an offensive type weak to Stealth Rock like Ice as it prevents hazards from coming up; it also stops Toxapex from setting up Toxic Spikes. Destiny Bond can net Froslass KOs that it has no real business getting, and should be run often enough to force opponents to respect the possibility. Sometimes, even the mere threat of Destiny Bond can net Froslass 3 layers of Spikes. As a rule of thumb, teams without a reliable defensive spinner like Avalugg should run Taunt to prevent hazards from coming up, and teams running Light Clay on Alolan Ninetales should run Thunder Wave to help Alolan Ninetales safely set up Aurora Veil. Focus Sash is used to help Froslass get off an additional layer of Spikes or ensure a crucial Thunder Wave or Will-O-Wisp against dangerous targets such as Scizor, Choice Scarf Kleavor, and Choice Specs Greninja.

Alolan Ninetales appreciates the speed support granted by Thunder Wave to help set up Aurora Veil without losing too much health; in return, Alolan Ninetales generates Hail to make Froslass more reliably switch into Fighting type physical attackers. The halved damage from Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave support, or even a Cursed Body activation can allow setup sweepers such as Cetitan, Swords Dance Weavile, and Cloyster to set up and sweep more easily; in addition, the Spikes help chip away at would-be defensive answers such as Shuca Berry Iron Hands, Choice Scarf Iron Boulder, and Choice Specs Kyurem. Knock Off users such as Weavile and Alolan Sandslash appreciate the Spikes more than other teammates as it gives their Knock Offs a bit more punch against defensive switch-ins such as Toxapex, Archaludon, and Alomomola. Rapid Spin users such as Avalugg and Alolan Sandslash can help preserve Froslass's Focus Sash. Stealth Rock users such as Mamoswine or Piloswine can form a nice hazard stacking core with Froslass, and also help deal with some mons that do well against Froslass like non-Air Balloon Heatran.

Froslass is a incredible addition for Ice teams, not only providing a nice Fighting immunity and a spinblocker, but also giving Ice access to a fantastic hazard in Spikes. Spikes are an absolute must on this set, as it's one of the main draws to using Froslass.(Kinda uneeded line, since you just talked about spikes the prev line + we didnt slash it anyway) Froslass's attack of choice can be either Shadow Ball or Poltergiest; both choices cleanly 2HKO Hatterene, deterring it her (no gendered pronouns) from switching into Froslass's Spikes. Note that Shadow Ball is generally preferred as it's more reliable and hits users of Body Press such as Skarmory, Avalugg, Archaludon, Great Tusk, and Forretress (Limit examples to 3) harder; however, Poltergiest has higher base power and notably does more damage to Hatterene and Goodra-Hisui, especially after Hatterene uses Calm Mind; in fact, without Poltergiest, Froslass loses to both Draining Kiss and Mystical Fire variants of Hatterene 1 on 1 around half the time. (feels like too much context, after a CM is ok enough since Polter is a Phys move anyway) The last two moves can be any two of Thunder Wave, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, and Destiny Bond; the best choices here depends on Froslass's teammates. Thunder Wave is generally the best option as it helps fix Ice's generally questionable speed control as well as crippling dangerous threats such as Cinderace, Ogerpon-Hearthflame, Iron Valiant, Greninja, and Flutter Mane(Limit examples to 3-4). It also helps Ninetales-Alola outspeed the opponent after Froslass faints so it can safely set up Aurora Veil; in addition, the 25% chance of full paralysis that may grant free setup or another layer of Spikes is always appreciated. Taunt is a excellent option for an offensive type weak to Stealth Rock like Ice as it prevents hazards from coming up; it also stops annoying mons like Toxapex from setting up Toxic Spikes. Will-O-Wisp cripples important targets like Scizor, Goodra-Hisui, Corviknight, Kleavor, Samurott-Hisui, Bisharp, Muk-Alola, and various physically offensive fighting types (Limit examples to 3-4). Destiny Bond can net Froslass KOs that she (remove pronoun) has no real business getting, and should be run often enough to force opponents to respect the possibility. Sometimes, even the mere threat of Destiny Bond can net Froslass 3 layers of Spikes. As a rule of thumb, teams without a reliable defensive spinner like Avalugg should run Taunt to prevent hazards from coming up, and teams running Light Clay on Ninetales-Alola should run Thunder Wave to help Ninetales-Alola safely set up Aurora Veil.(Good) Focus Sash is used to help Froslass get off an additional layer of Spikes and/or ensure a crucial Thunder Wave / Will-O-Wisp against a dangerous target.

While all of Froslass's teammates appreciate the utility that Froslass offers, there are some teammates worth a special mention. Knock Off users such as Weavile, Sandslash-Alola, and Dewgong (Dewgong is cool, but he's not really that amazing, if you like, you can mention him by the end, alongside with Pilo...) all appreciate the Spikes more than other teammates as it gives their Knock Offs a bit more punch against defensive switch-ins. Rapid Spin users such as Avalugg and Sandslash-Alola can help preserve Froslass's Focus Sash if she isn't used in the lead slot; Avalugg does this reliably enough for Froslass to potentially drop Taunt. Ninetales-Alola appreciates the speed support granted by Thunder Wave to help set up Aurora Veil without losing too much health. The halved damage from Will-O-Wisp, a 25% full paralysis chance, or even a lucky Cursed Body activation can allow setup sweepers such as Cetitan, Swords Dance Weavile, and Cloyster to set up and sweep more easily; in addition, the Spikes help chip away at would-be defensive answers. (Move Nine-A + Sweepers first, then Knock, then Ava, then SR + Niche team mates) Stealth Rock users such as Mamoswine, Piloswine, or Sandslash-Alola (Doesnt really run hazards tho, usually more offensive) can form a nice hazard stacking core with Froslass.

Curse can be used as a way of deterring setup while also denying hazard removal. Icy Wind can be used as an attack that also reduces speed. Hex can be used to hit targets harder after a status move, but it unfortunately usually fails to 2HKO Hatterene and is therefore not recommended. Ice Shard can be used as priority. (Feels like too niche already)
