Choice Specs Kommo-o is a great wallbreaker for Dragon teams thanks to its incredible STAB combination and access to Vacuum Wave, which allows Kommo-o to force out problematic threats like Greninja and Darkrai. Clanging Scales complement with Kommo-o's coverage, punishing switchins to Fighting moves like Dragapult, Mandibuzz, and Toxapex, and damages Substitute Spectrier and Volcarona. Flamethrower completes Kommo-o's coverage against Steel teams by roasting Gholdengo and Corviknight. Vacuum Wave lets Kommo-o pick off massive threats to Dragon teams like Meowscarada, Choice Band Excadrill, and Hisuian Samurott. Bulletproof lets Kommo-o swap into and nullify Shadow Ball from Choice Specs Spectrier and Hisuian Zoroark. A Timid nature lets Kommo-o outspeed Jolly Mamoswine, allowing Kommo-o to damage it with Vacuum Wave before being picked off by Ice Shard, and also allows it to outspeed and remove Dragonite and Adamant Lokix. However, a Modest nature OHKOes Greninja and Meowscarada with Vacuum Wave after Stealth Rock damage, guarantees a 2HKO on Specially Defensive Corviknight and Hisuian Goodra.

Both Archaludon and Hisuian Goodra help with Kommo-o's debilitating Fairy weakness by dealing with physical and special attackers respectively: Archaludon deals with Azumarill and Mimikyu that can use Kommo-o as a setup opportunity, while Hisuian Goodra can sponge attacks from the likes of Flutter Mane, Choice Specs Greninja, and Primarina. Archaludon also provides Stealth Rock support, a welcome tool to help Kommo-o break through and revenge kill foes. Both can handle opposing Dragon-types on their respective sides as well; Archaludon can cover against Dragon Dance Dragapult, while Hisuian Goodra can handle Latios. Choice Scarf Roaring Moon appreciates Kommo-o's ability to threaten Steel-types that can take it on like Skarmory, and in return it provides speed control that removes Choice Specs Dragapult and Choice Scarf Hoopa-U that readily deals with Kommo-o. Dragapult can run a variety of sets from Choice Specs to further pressure special walls alongside Kommo-o, Choice Band to lure and weaken Hisuian Goodra and Clodsire, and status spreading sets to slow down opposing teams. In return, Kommo-o overpowers Dark types like Bisharp and Hisuian Samurott. Both Latios and Latias are great teammates for Kommo-o, as they provide welcome speed control as well as help in the Poison and Fighting matchups, two major struggles for Kommo-o. Latios can use a non-choiced set to further pressure Water and Flying teams, while Latias also provides very helpful utility in the form of Healing Wish and Trick to render checks like Galarian Slowking much less potent. Garchomp can pack Spikes or Stone Edge to help Kommo-o's wallbreaking prowess or to deal with Moltres and Volcarona for Dragon teams with Kommo dealing with Corviknight and Skarmory. Dragonite forms a priority core with Kommo-o, and loves Kommo-o's ability to remove pesky Steel types like Archaludon and Skarmory, allowing it to clean up types such as Dragon and Flying late-game.

Focus Blast can be considered over Aura Sphere due to its obscene damage which prevents Hisuan Goodra and Ting-Lu from tanking any hit afterwards, as well as 2HKOing Mandibuzz and Blissey. However, Focus Blast's accuracy isn't great.

A mixed set with Close Combat, Vacuum Wave, Flamethrower, and Clanging Scales with Expert Belt can be more potent in wallbreaking as it puts more pressure on Hisuian Goodra, Heatran, and Ting-Lu which otherwise can try and scout Kommo-o. However, using Expert Belt makes Vacuum Wave weaker, making it harder to force out Choice Scarf Meowscarada and Hisuian Samurott. [Shouldnt this just be removed since you will be writing a seperate analysis about it now.]
