Alomomola's colossal HP stat, solid Defense stat, and incredible ability allow it to act as a great pivot option for bulkier Water teams. The combination of Wish and Flip Turn allows Alomomola's teammates to safely switch in and restore a substantial amount of HP. Scald is Alomomola's best way of dealing damage, as well as having the added benefit of being able to burn opposing Pokemon such as Excadrill and Kingambit. Protect allows Alomomola to stall out a turn, allowing it to recover its own HP using Wish. Alternatively, Alomomola can utilize its low Special Defense stat to bait strong special attackers, such as Choice Specs Flutter Mane and Latios, into hitting it with a Special Attack, and then turning the tables via Mirror Coat.

Alomomola is almost exclusively seen on stall based teams due to its passivity. Teammates without reliable recovery, such as Dondozo and Swampert, are excellent teammates for Alomomola. Dondozo can switch into dangerous setup sweepers, such as Chien-Pao and Kingambit, that Alomomola struggles in the face of. Swampert also has the added benefit of being immune to Electric-type attacks that threaten Alomomola. Special walls such as Empoleon, Swampert, and Toxapex are able to cover Alomomola's low Special Defense stat by switching into Pokemon like Dragapult and Gholdengo. Swampert is able to utilize Flip Turn to help get Alomomola in for safe Wishes. Additionally, Toxapex and Alomomola are able to form an incredibly tough to break Regenerator core that breaks down opposing teams via Toxic, Burn, and Entry Hazards, all while restoring HP naturally. Pokemon that can provide hazard support such as Gastrodon, Quagsire, and Hisuian Samurott are great teammates for Alomomola as they form a hazard stacking core and are capable of wearing down foes across the course of long games. Greninja and Urshifu can beat Pokemon such as Ogerpon-H and Landorus-I, both of which massively threaten slower paced Water teams. Additionally, Greninja and Urshifu are great recipients of Alomomola's Wish Passing, which allows them to remain healthy and continue to provide offensive pressure for their team.

Scald is Alomomola's best way of dealing damage, as well as having the added benefit of being able to burn opposing Pokemon would mention a mon or two that water would appreciate being burned. Swampert also has the added benefit of being immune to Electric-type attacks that threaten Alomomola i would also add what dondozo is doing for alo. Special walls such as Empoleon, Swampert, and Toxapex are able to cover Alomomola's low Special Defense stat by being able to switch into (examples). Additionally, Toxapex and Alomomola are able to form an incredibly tough to break Regenerator core both of these mons are passive, so i would elaborate on why having an unbreakable core is useful, are they toxic stalling via spikes, hazard stack? etc. because of that, i would also move this sentence down past the hazard stacking one since regen cores will wear down opponents via hazards. Pokemon that can provide hazard support such as Gastrodon, Quagsire, and Hisuian Samurott are great teammates for Alomomola as they form a hazard stacking core and are capable of wearing down foes across the course of long games. add a sentence here about what mons greninja and urshifu deal with for alomomola so its not threatened out as much. Additionally, offensive teammates such as Greninja and Urshifu are great recipients of Alomomola's Wish Passing, which allows them to remain healthy and continue to provide offensive pressure for their team.

ill check after implementing these, just in general be sure to flesh out concepts/be more specific since analyses are supposed to help players that might not pick up on things that would be intuitive to a more seasoned player

Swampert, in addition to providing support, (A2C) also has the added benefit of being is immune to Electric-type attacks that threaten Alomomola. (Let me simplify that sentence since we already know what Swampert does for this team towards the end of the sentence.) Special walls such as Empoleon, Swampert, and Toxapex are able to cover Alomomola's low Special Defense stat by switching into Pokemon like such as Dragapult and Gholdengo. Swampert is able to can utilize Flip Turn to help get Alomomola in for safe Wishes. Additionally, Toxapex and Alomomola are able to can form an incredibly tough-to-break(A2H) Regenerator core, (AC) that breaks down opposing teams via wearing down opposing teams with Toxic, Burn, and Entry Hazards, all while naturally restoring HP naturally. Pokemon that can provide hazard support such as Gastrodon, Quagsire, and Hisuian Samurott, which provide entry hazard support, (A2C) are great make teammates for Alomomola as they form forming a hazard-stacking (AH) core and are capable of gradually wearing down foes across the course of over long period games. Greninja and Urshifu can beat Pokemon such as Ogerpon-H and Landorus-I, both of which massively threaten slower paced Water teams. Additionally, Greninja and Urshifu are great recipients of Alomomola's Wish Passing, which allows them to remain healthy and continue to provide offensive pressure for their team. and they benefit from Alomomola's Wish Passing, ensuring they stay healthy and maintain offensive pressure. (Again, i’m simplifying this so that we don’t look like we’re running on sentences. Overall this analysis was really good! Keep up the great work.)
