[SET COMMENTS]
Tornadus-T makes for a great late-game cleaner by virtue of its access to Nasty Plot, its great coverage, and its Speed allowing it to outspeed the likes of Cinderace, Keldeo, and Volcarona. Nasty Plot-boosted Bleakwind Storm OHKOes the likes of Iron Defense Zamazenta, Great Tusk, and Ogerpon-H. Focus Blast threatens the likes of Archaludon, Heatran, and Hisuian Goodra, OHKOing the former and 2HKOing the latter two after a boost. Knock Off removes essential items such as Black Sludge from Toxapex and Clodsire, as well as Heavy-Duty Boots from Gouging Fire and Volcanion. U-turn allows Tornadus-T to act as a great pivot while OHKOing Hoopa-U. However, Focus Blast is usually the preferred move due to its coverage and being boosted by Nasty Plot. Heat Wave covers threats that the other moves can't cover, such as Gholdengo and Articuno.

Tornadus-T appreciates entry hazard support from the likes of Skarmory and Gliscor to wear down Clodsire and Ting-Lu. In addition, Gliscor spreads status with Toxic and, with its part Ground typing, acts as a great switch-in against Electric-types such as Magnezone and Sandy Shocks, while Skarmory handles physical attackers like Roaring Moon and Chien-Pao with Iron Defense and Body Press. Tornadus-T handles problematic threats for them such as Keldeo for Gliscor and Ogerpon-H for Skarmory. Corviknight removes hazards for Tornadus-T with Defog in case its Heavy-Duty Boots is removed, and it is able to pivot Tornadus-T into the likes of Zamazenta and Archaludon safely with U-turn. Tornadus-T can handle Fire-types that threaten Corviknight like Heatran and Ogerpon-H in return. Articuno is another great defensive partner, easily brushing off hits from the likes of Choice Scarf Enamorus and Hydreigon thanks to its high special bulk. Articuno also handles Water-types like Keldeo with Freeze Dry, as well as pivot Tornadus-T in with U-turn. Choice Scarf users such as Enamorus and Landorus-T provide great speed control for the team, handling speedy threats that can force Tornadus-T out. In particular, Enamorus handles fast Dragon-types such as Dragapult and Choice Specs Greninja, while Landorus-T threatens not only fellow Choice Scarf users like Excadrill, Hisuian Arcanine, and Heatran, but also Gouging Fire, Alolan Muk, and Regieleki. Early-game wallbreakers like Landorus and Choice Band Dragonite can punch holes in the opposing team, removing problematic walls like Toxapex and Clodsire to ease Tornadus-T's late-game cleaning. Dragonite also picks off faster threats with Extreme Speed. Gyarados forms a great cleanup core with Tornadus-T, with Gyarados being able to sweep Fire and Steel teams, while Tornadus-T handles Grass, Fighting, and Dark teams.
