[SET COMMENTS]
Weavile is an excellent setup sweeper on Dark due to Swords Dance and Ice Shard, which let it wreak havoc against Flying, Dragon, and Ground teams and clean types such as Electric late-game. Triple Axel's multiple hits threaten Mimikyu and Substitute users such as Kommo-o, Galarian Moltres, and Kyurem. Icicle Crash trades Triple Axel's increased damage for consistency and avoidance of contact effects, such Zapdos's Static and Garchomp's Rough Skin. However, Icicle Crash Weavile struggles with defensive Pokemon such as Corviknight and fails to OHKO Kommo-o and Dragonite without a boost. Knock Off removes key items such as Leftovers from Rotom-W and Celesteela, allowing Weavile to easily sweep late-game, and also OHKOes Mamoswine at +2. Ice Shard OHKOes would-be revenge killers such as Choice Scarf Galarian Zapdos and Dragapult at +2 after Stealth Rock, and it picks off weakened threats such as Tapu Koko and Zarude. Heavy-Duty Boots protects Weavile from entry hazards, allowing it to come in to revenge kill a threat or remove important items multiple times in a match.

Swords Dance Weavile can't significantly damage Steel-types such as Melmetal and Ferrothorn and is checked by physically defensive walls like Colbur Berry Slowbro and Toxapex, so teammates such as Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Galarian Moltres are good to help in these matchups. Dragon Dance Tyranitar wears down Weavile's checks such as Celesteela and Toxapex, and it appreciates Weavile's ability to remove its checks like Landorus-T, Kommo-o, and Choice Scarf Galarian Zapdos. Alternatively, specially defensive Tyranitar supports Weavile by setting Stealth Rock, spreading paralysis, and checking special attackers such as Hatterene and Volcarona. Grimmsnarl facilitates Weavile's sweeps with dual screens. Choice Scarf Zarude checks threats such as Urshifu-R for Weavile, and it benefits from Weavile pressuring Zapdos, Mamoswine, and Celesteela, which lets Zarude better pressure types such as Electric, Ground, and Steel. Sableye provides a Fighting immunity, checks Iron Defense Kommo-o and Corviknight, and wears down the opposing team with Knock Off and Will-O-Wisp. Drapion sets Toxic Spikes, which wears down defensive Pokemon such as Gastrodon and Slowbro, and checks bulky setup sweepers such as Clefable and Hatterene.

[SET COMMENTS]
With Choice Band, Weavile turns into an extremely threatening wallbreaker and cleaner for Dark teams. Triple Axel 2HKOes switch-ins such as Gastrodon, Celesteela, and Duraludon. Icicle Crash avoids contact effects such as Zapdos's Static and Ferrothorn's Iron Barbs, but it requires prior damage to 2HKO Corviknight and Celesteela. Knock Off is the safest move to use early-game to remove Leftovers, Eviolite, and Black Sludge, weakening switch-ins such as Corviknight, Porygon2, and Toxapex for Weavile and teammates like Hydreigon, Zarude, and Galarian Moltres. Low Kick significantly damages Steel- and Ice-types such as Ferrothorn, Melmetal, and Mamoswine. Ice Shard lets it clean Ground, Dragon, and Flying teams late-game, and it picks off threats such as Garchomp, Dragapult, Thundurus-T, and Galarian Zapdos. A Jolly nature is preferred to outspeed and remove threats such as Tornadus-T and Latios, as well as Speed tying with Adamant Dragon Dance Dragapult.

Choice Band Weavile struggles against Steel teams and physical walls such as Toxapex. Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Galarian Moltres are great teammates, as they can take advantage of those walls' passivity. Hydreigon also wears down defensive Pokemon such as Rotom-W and Celesteela for Weavile, and Weavile in return deals with faster Dragon- and Flying-types such as Dragapult, Latias, and Galarian Zapdos. Choice Scarf Zarude lures in Flying-types like Zapdos and Landorus-T, bringing Weavile in with U-turn, and deals with Water-types such as Tapu Fini and Urshifu-R for Weavile. Specially defensive Tyranitar sets Stealth Rock to wear down the opposing team and checks special attackers such as Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and Hatterene. Mandibuzz gets rid of entry hazards with Defog, checks physical attackers such as Buzzwole and Scizor, and safely brings Weavile in with U-turn. Sableye disrupts threatening sweepers such as Bulk Up Cinderace, Iron Defense Kommo-o, and Bulk Up or Iron Defense Corviknight using its immunity to Fighting. Swords Dance Bisharp deals with bulky setup sweepers such as Hatterene and Clefable and loves Weavile pressuring fast threats such as Galarian Zapdos, Dragonite, and Hydreigon, which prevent Bisharp from sweeping Flying and Dragon teams. It also breaks through Toxapex for Weavile and itself to clean Poison teams late-game.

Never-Melt Ice may be used on Swords Dance sets to OHKO Dragapult, Alolan Raichu, and Galarian Zapdos with +2 Ice Shard, as well as 2HKOing Corviknight, Celesteela, and Ferrothorn with +2 Icicle Crash. Wide Lens may also be considered to improve Triple Axel's accuracy, but forgoing Heavy-Duty Boots mandates an additional entry hazard controller for Weavile like Taunt Grimmsnarl, Taunt Krookodile, or Defog Mandibuzz. Poison Jab may be considered in the Choice Band set, as it pressures Tapu Fini and Alolan Ninetales, but Low Kick threatening Steel- and Ice-types such as Melmetal and Kyurem is generally more useful. Choice Scarf may be used for Weavile to deal with threats such as Choice Scarf Galarian Zapdos, Choice Scarf Terrakion, and Regieleki, but its damage output is underwhelming, and Choice Scarf Zarude covers Choice Scarf users such as Urshifu-R, Tapu Lele, and Excadrill better.

Swords Dance Weavile finds itself unable to threaten Steel-types such as Melmetal and Ferrothorn
Knock Off forces progress, esp against melmetal, The Ferrothorn part is right but the wording makes it seem like these are like Unaware Quagsires that are completely not bothered by weavile etc

Mandibuzz can Defog Stealth Rock that Weavile is vulnerable to, checks physical attackers such as Buzzwole and Scizor, and pivots it in with U-turn.
"Mandibuzz gets rid of entry hazards with Defog..."

and pivots it in with U-turn
it -> Weavile

- wouldnt say weavile can beat fairy late-game. while it can in some circumstances, if they still have tapu koko, fini, klefki etc its very hard for weavile to clean
- goltres is a triple axel target

you repeat the same examples in the different paragraphs and it isnt a big problem but try to limit that in the future when youre doing a write up with two sets.

Good Job, QC 3/3!

Weavile is an excellent setup sweeper for Dark teams on Dark due to its access to Swords Dance and priority in Ice Shard which lets it wreak havoc against Flying, Dragon, and Ground teams,(RC) and Ice Shard to clean teams such as Electric late-game. Triple Axel threatens Mimikyu and Substitute users such as Kommo-o, Galarian Moltres, and Kyurem. Icicle Crash trades Triple Axel's increased damage output for consistency and reduced vulnerability of it being debilitated by avoidance of contact effects,(AC) such as Static from Zapdos and Rough Skin from Garchomp. However, Weavile will have a harder time breaking through difficulties with defensive Pokemon such as Corviknight and will be unable to OHKO Kommo-o and Dragonite without boosts. Knock Off removes key items such as Leftovers from Rotom-W and Celesteela, allowing it Weavile to easily sweep more easily at a later time late-game, and also OHKOs Mamoswine at +2. Ice Shard OHKOs to-be would-be revenge killers such as Choice Scarf Galarian Zapdos and Dragapult at +2 after Stealth Rock damage,(RC) and picks off weakened threats such as Tapu Koko and Zarude. Heavy-Duty Boots protects (the item is still singular) Weavile from entry hazards, allowing it to come switch in to revenge-kill a threat or Knock Off remove important items multiple times in a match.

Swords Dance Weavile finds itself unable to significantly damage Steel-types such as Melmetal and Ferrothorn and is checked by physically defensive walls like Colbur Berry Slowbro and Toxapex, so teammates such as Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Galarian Moltres which deal with these roadblocks are extremely helpful can help in these matchups. Dragon Dance Tyranitar wears down its Weavile's (I'm assuming Weavile's checks because you previously mentioned that Weavile has harder time breaking pex) checks such as Celesteela and Toxapex, and appreciates Weavile's ability to remove its checks like Landorus-T, Kommo-o, and Choice Scarf Galarian Zapdos which threaten it. Alternatively, Specially Defensive specially defensive Tyranitar supports Weavile by setting Stealth Rock, spreading Paralysis paralysis, and checking special attackers such as Hatterene and Volcarona. Grimmsnarl sets dual screens for Weavile which gives it more opportunities to setup to facilitate its sweep. Choice Scarf Zarude checks threats such as Urshifu-R for Weavile, and in return loves its ability to deal with benefits from Weavile's pressure on Zapdos, Mamoswine, and Celesteela, allowing Zarude to better pressure types such as Electric, Ground, and Steel better. Sableye provides a Fighting-type immunity that also,(AC) checks Iron Defense Kommo-o and Corviknight, and wears down the opposing team with Knock Off and Will-o-Wisp Will-O-Wisp. With a Choice Band, Weavile turns into an extremely threatening wallbreaker and late-game cleaner for Dark teams. Triple Axel is extremely strong and (the previous sentence already emphasizes the increased power from band, if more emphasis on power is necessary from QC standpoint I would say something like Triple Axel has enough damage to meet this and that benchmarks) 2HKOs switch-ins such as Gastrodon, Celesteela, and Duraludon. Wide Lens may also be considered to improve Triple Axel's accuracy, but using these items forgoing Heavy-Duty Boots makes Weavile vulnerable to entry hazards,(RC) requiring and forces entry hazard controls in the form of like Taunt Grimmsnarl or Krookodile, or Defog Mandibuzz. Poison Jab may be considered in Choice Band sets(only one band set is covered), as it pressures Tapu Fini and Alolan Ninetales, but Low Kick's ability is generally more useful as it allows Weavile to threaten Steel- and Ice-types such as Melmetal and Kyurem is generally more useful. Choice Scarf may be used as it lets for Weavile to deal with threats such as Choice Scarf Galarian Zapdos, Choice Scarf Terrakion, and Regieleki, but its damage output is underwhelming, and Choice Scarf Zarude covers for more prominent Choice Scarfed threats users such as Urshifu-R, Tapu Lele, and Excadrill better.

Drapion sets Toxic Spikes which wears (the hazard itself is singular) down defensive Pokemon such as Gastrodon and Slowbro, and checks bulky setup sweepers such as Clefable and Hatterene.

Icicle Crash lets it not be bothered by avoids contact effects such as Static and Iron Barbs from Zapdos and Ferrothorn,(RC) but this makes Weavile unable requires prior damage to 2HKO Corviknight and Celesteela without prior chip damage. Knock Off forces progress and is generally the is safest move to use early-game as it removes to remove Leftovers, Eviolite, and Black Sludge from to weaken switch-ins such as Corviknight, Porygon2, and Toxapex,(RC) allowing itself and its teammates like Hydreigon, Zarude, and Galarian Moltres to overwhelm the opposing team more easily at a later time for Weavile itself and teammates like Hydreigon, Zarude, and Galarian Moltres. Low Kick significantly damages Steel- and Ice-types such as Ferrothorn, Melmetal, and Mamoswine. Ice Shard lets it clean Ground, Dragon, and Flying teams late-game, and picks off threats such as Garchomp, Dragapult, Thundurus-T, and Galarian Zapdos. A Jolly nature is preferred to outspeed and remove threats such as Tornadus-T and Latios,(RC) and speed tie with Adamant Dragon Dance Dragapult.

Choice Band Weavile struggles against Steel teams and is still unable to muscle past physical walls such as Toxapex.(AP) so Nasty Plot Hydreigon and Galarian Moltres are great team mates teammates,(AC) as these they are able to take advantage of the aforementioned passive Pokemon those walls' passivity. Hydreigon also wears down defensive Pokemon such as Rotom-W and Celesteela for it Weavile, and Weavile in return Weavile deals with faster Dragon- and Flying-types such as Dragapult, Latias, and Galarian Zapdos. Choice Scarf Zarude pivots in Weavile against Flying-types it lures in such as Zapdos and Landorus-T with U-turn lures in Flying-types like Zapdos and Landorus-T and deals with Water-types such as Tapu Fini and Urshifu-R for it Weavile. Specially Defensive Tyranitar sets Stealth Rock to wear down the opposing team and checks special attackers such as Choice Scarf Tapu Lele and Hatterene. Mandibuzz gets rid of entry hazards with Defog, checks physical attackers such as Buzzwole and Scizor, and pivots safely brings Weavile in with U-turn. Sableye is a Fighting immune team mate that disrupts threatening sweepers such as Bulk Up Cinderace, Iron Defense Kommo-o, and Bulk Up or Iron Defense Corviknight which Weavile cannot handle using its immunity to Fighting. Swords Dance Bisharp deals with bulky setup sweepers such as Hatterene and Clefable and loves Weavile's ability to pressure fast threats such as Galarian Zapdos, Dragonite, and Hydreigon,(AC) which prevents Bisharp from sweeping Flying and Dragon teams. It also breaks through Toxapex for Weavile and itself to,(RC) allowing it or Weavile to clean Poison teams late-game.

all of these applied except for:

I wanna keep the wreaks havoc ;w; (also it does so because of SD and Ice Shard, even against Fly/Drag/Ground teams)

Weavile from entry hazards, allowing it to come switch in to revenge-kill a threat
I might be wrong but switch in means you ...switch in with the possibility of taking an attack from the opposing mon right? I think comes in would be better if thats the case...

Thank you so much, Lotus :blobnom:

Weavile is an excellent setup sweeper on Dark due to its Swords Dance and priority in Ice Shard, which let it wreak havoc against Flying, Dragon, and Ground teams and clean types such as Electric late-game. Triple Axel's multiple hits threaten Mimikyu and Substitute users such as Kommo-o, Galarian Moltres, and Kyurem. Icicle Crash trades Triple Axel's increased damage for consistency and avoidance of contact effects, such as Static paralysis from Zapdos and Rough Skin damage from Garchomp Zapdos's Static and Garchomp's Rough Skin. However, Icicle Crash Weavile will have difficulties with struggles defensive Pokemon such as Corviknight and fails to OHKO Kommo-o and Dragonite without a boost.

Grimmsnarl sets dual screens for Weavile to facilitate its sweep facilitates Weavile's sweeps with dual screens. Choice Scarf Zarude checks threats such as Urshifu-R for Weavile, and it benefits from Weavile's pressure on Weavile pressuring Zapdos, Mamoswine, and Celesteela, which lets Zarude better pressure types such as Electric, Ground, and Steel.

With Choice Band, Weavile turns into an extremely threatening wallbreaker and cleaner for Dark teams. Triple Axel 2HKOes switch-ins such as Gastrodon, Celesteela, and Duraludon. Icicle Crash avoids contact effects such as Static paralysis and Iron Barbs damage from Zapdos and Ferrothorn Zapdos's Static and Ferrothorn's Iron Barbs, but it requires prior damage to 2HKO Corviknight and Celesteela. Knock Off is the safest move to use early-game to remove Leftovers, Eviolite, and Black Sludge, weakening switch-ins such as Corviknight, Porygon2, and Toxapex for Weavile itself and teammates like Hydreigon, Zarude, and Galarian Moltres.

Dark
--------
Never-Melt Ice may be used on Swords Dance sets to OHKO Dragapult, Alolan Raichu, and Galarian Zapdos with +2 Ice Shard, as well as 2HKOing Corviknight, Celesteela, and Ferrothorn with +2 Icicle Crash.
