List of Updates
A summary of changes made for both the PS Rfaq samples and forums samples, detailing when samples sets have been updated.
Thank you to everyone who donates their time and teams to help improve the overall quality of the samples provided.
July 2020
SM OU: The SM OU samples were added in a forums post, and both the forums and Rfaq samples are being overhauled and updated with new teams. Thank you to
Curiosity for helping with this project.
ORAS OU: RFAQ Teams were synchronized to the forums samples. The PS RFAQ recieved new teams and the outdated teams were removed. Huge thanks to
Starry Blanket for keeping the ORAS forums samples up to date.
BW Ubers: The samples paste was expanded and organized. Thanks once again to
DNNP for organizing, and
Cateano93 for helping expand the teams.
BW OU: samples were redone with several teams removed and more added. Both the Rfaq and forums are up to date with possiblity of more teams being added in the future. Huge thanks to
Finchinator for helping remove old teams and expand the samples size.
DPP Ubers: Samples were reviewed and organized with waste and duplicate teams removed. No new teams were added (there was already an overwhelming amount of teams). Thank you to
DNNP for organizing the samples paste and clearing out duplicates and other such waste. Future review of the samples will be conducted.
DPP OU: The teams in the Rfaqs on PS were removed at the advice of
Excal and replaced with sample teams on the forums. Thank you
DNNP for organizing the paste and
Excal for keeping the forums samples up to date.
ADV OU: Rfaq Samples were reviewed and synchronized to the forum's samples set (Thank you to
Teclis for continuing to maintain the forums samples). Teams in the forum's samples were added to the Rfaq samples. Several teams from the Rfaq samples were also removed. Thank you to
Vapicuno for reviewing both samples sets and recommending the changes to the PS sample set.
Other Tiers: A post was made with links to the Rfaq's pastebin depositories (accessable also in the RoA room on PS) for the sample teams for the all the other tiers and gens that were not already listed. As of now most lower tier samples are up to date, but further review and work will be done in the future.
August 2020
BW UU: Samples were reviewed, with teams that no longer respresented the current meta game removed. Sample size was expanded. Huge thanks to
r0ady for reviewing this sample set.
ORAS UU: Like the BW UU samples, ORAS UU was reviewed and expanded to a now adequate sample size. Huge thanks to
r0ady for reviewing this sample set.
GSC NU: Samples were expanded and updated by
Earthworm
ADV UU: Samples were updated and expanded.
BW Ubers: Further edits were made with teams that did not represent the metagame or contained inherent problems removed. The size of the samples was reduced making the depository more managable while not rescricting variety. Thank you to
steelskitty and
Lasen for helping with this project.
GSC Ubers: Samples recieved further addition more teams, expanding the sample size. Thank you to
Lasen for helping expand the samples.
Spetember 2020
RBY NU: Samples were overhauled, with outdated teams removed. New teams were added as well increasing the samples size. Thank you to
Shellnuts for overhauling the samples.
ORAS Ubers: The Samples were reviewed with old teams removed and new teams added to the list. Thank you to
Lasen and
Staxi for helping redo these samples.
BW LC: After a long time searching, we finally have a viable and up to date sample set. Huge thanks to
iss for helping out here!
October 2020
GSC PU: With the launch of GSC PU, a sample set for the tier was added. Thanks to
Akir for doing this!
ORAS LC: ORAS Little Cup samples have been expanded all thanks to
Joltage!
DPP Monotype: DPP monotype sample's paste was added here, and to the Rfaq in the RoA on PS. The teams are from the MonoType community and can be found
here.
Thanks to
Kris, the samples have been moved from raw pastes to clean looking pages on the site, making it easier to peruse the teams and import to PS!
ADV OU: The greater ADV community conducted a complete review of the ADV OU sample set, removing several teams and adding quite a few more to better represent the current metagame. Thank you once again to
vapicuno and to all those who contributed to this project.
BW OU: The greater BW community reviewed the samples to bring them up to date, current with the meta. Teams that were bad or out of date were removed (basically all of my teams got deleted LOL) with new teams added. HUGE thanks to Doctor

DPP LC: Samples have been reviewed with old teams removed and new teams added. Thank you to

Imanalt for contributing and redoing the sample set.
GSC PU: A post tournament update was done with none of the previous teams surviving
ReeceHughes purge. Thank you to
Siatam Earthworm and
ReeceHughes for redoing the samples!
DPP Ubers: We finally got around to deleting the massive garbage pile that was previously known as our DPP Ubers samples. Thanks to
Highlord Staxi BKC Tomahawk Lasen for helping out with this. (Highlord did most of the work LOL)

SM OU: The SM samples have finally been updated. Only took me about a year of postponing doing it for
z0mOG and
Finchinator to get it done in 30 minutes. Bravo and much thanks for doing this!
ADV Ubers: After a solid year of ignoring
Lasen's constant complaining about the ADV Ubers samples, I finally let him and
SuperEpicAmpharos delete the entire outdated set and add 11 fresh new teams. Thank you!
SM Ubers: A small review was done with one team removed and one team added. Thank you to
Lasen for your persistent nagging about our samples and
Zesty43 for helping review the set.
ORAS UU: Pak removed the now invalid teams (bye bye Conk) and added a few place holder teams to ensure the whole sample set is valid. A more complete review and update will come in the future!
BW NU: The BW NU samples were expanded; no teams removed.
BW RU: Completely removed the existing sample set (0 teams were viable) and replaced it with the RU communities BW RU sample teams. I will look to expend the sample set in the future.
ORAS RU: Did the same as BW RU samples. Completely removed the existing sample set (0 teams were viable) and replaced it with the RU communities ORAS RU sample teams. They had an adequate number of teams, no need to add more at the moment.
SM RU: Did the same as BW RU and ORAS samples. Completely removed the existing sample set (0 teams were viable) and replaced it with the RU communities SM RU sample teams. Thank you to
MrAldo for maintianing the RU samples.
DPP NU: Removed the previous and very outdated set, and replaced the set with teams from the NU communities well maintained sample set.
ORAS NU: Removed the previous and very outdated set, and replaced the set with teams from the NU communities well maintained sample set.
DPP PU: Akir updated the samples (I don't know the exacts tho).
BW PU: same as above.
