Whats up, I'm still pretty new to competitive battling, at the moment Im currently making a 2nd gen team, this is the basis, comment freely, and i will change the team according to your messages (if there are any) please help me out here and if needed i will switch out ariados for a revenge killer or something because i know it sux, but i love it, i mean its so cool(sorry) Well i tested on shoddy battle and at first i only one once or twice every 3 battles but today ive been on a streak after 2 loses, its at 7th win atm. (did the noobs decide to get on today or something?) well anyway, i know this team needs some editing and i hope you can all help out. Please remember I only intend to use 2nd gen pokemon, thank you. (I dont mind if its from first gen either, but that's highly unlikely right?)

I don't use Celebi for just stealth rock, it's mostly to trick leads into thinking it will stealth rock (like aerodactyl who will usually taunt) leaf storm it and kill it with u-turn, then stealth rock later on after donphan pushes away some rocks after u-turn. Occa berry is there so i can survive a fire attack and make sure i get that stealth rock before celebi gets ko'd. Usually u-turn on azelf and take it out with another pokemon, earth power on metagross leads will OHKO so its all good.

Try to switch in on something that would might scare my opponent like heracross thinking that ima use flying attacks on it and get a nasty plot(or two if possible) in and start sweeping. i know roost is a bad idea and I want to know what should I put there instead, i havent even got a chance to use it.

This scizor is dependant on ariados on passing the salac berry baton pass. Pretty much swords dance as much as possible, since the opponent is trapped with a pokemon harmless to scizor from spider web, using roost and leftovers to recover and then start sweeping. (not exactly sure if spider web passes with baton pass but so far its been working whenever i go against harmless stalls so...maybe?) I sweeped entire teams using this at least 6 times.

I know smeargle does a better job because it can taunt, but ariados is my favorite pokemon of all time. ALL TIME. not switching it out for a smeargle. =[ Basically switch in on something like a vaporeon stall, spider web it so it can't escape and endure when needed to get salac berry in and use baton pass and give it to scizor to start setting up swords dances.
