* chansey and lulu and Scalescale have the same score and have no head to head or deepest run to tiebreak, so a coinflip was done to decide the tiebreak for higher seed and chansey and lulu won.
** drasg dropped out of the circuit playoffs, so everybody has shifted up a seed and Fragments has taken the 16th seed.

Tournament Rules
  • This tour is in the SV National Dex format.
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • The banlist for this tournament is the same as the [Gen 9] National Dex ladder on Smogon's simulator, Pokemon Showdown!, and can be found on the strategy dex.
  • Every pairing will be a best-of-three.
  • Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown!.
  • SV win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
  • Replays are mandatory.
  • The playoffs are locked into a pre-Tera ban state, as voted on by those who qualified for playoffs. This means that regardless of the result of the ongoing suspect test, Terastallization is legal for every round, and any bans that take place in National Dex from this point forward do not apply to the playoffs.

Inder predicts are back again

[1] Weaselfie vs. Fragments [16] / simply the best natdex performance of the year I think he got that dawg in him. 65-35
[2] Kyo vs. Scalescale [15] / some years before I’d have bold kyo w/o hesitations but seems like the guy is kinda out of shape. Scalescale is a respectable player either so could go either way.
[3] hidin vs. chansey and lulu [14] / never took the hype train for chansey lulu, still think he’s kinda unproven and not very much consistent. Very surprised to see hidin reaching #3, good job lad. 60-40
[4] Astral Regulator vs. omarsgarciav [13] / I do believe Omar have one of the best potential among the natdex players from what I’ve seen. I think everyone gassed him too early and that wasn’t a great thing for his progression. No opinion on Astral Regulator but he seemed legit. 45-55
[5] ARTYMASION vs. Autistic Soviet [12] / the greatest Frenchman of national Dex has shown during the PL he means thing. I hope he will be able to confirm there
[6] entrocefalo vs. Tempo di anguria [11] / probably the highlight of round 1 if I have to guess. I won’t speak much ab them I assume u know these players already, entro is better atm but maybe the watermelon will use his legendary plot armor again. 60-40
[7] Razorgliscor vs. Darkness 789 [10] / I think darkness been sleeping on by most of the community and it’s p disappointing. This guy ain’t bad and deserves sometimes to be under the spotlights. 35-65
[8] Oculars vs. seth [9] David against Goliath type shit. Oculars has been good at anything beside larping on some discords and smogon threads. I don’t have much expectations for the games itself but surely players will make content before and after. 20-80

Weaselfie vs. seth - goliath vs goliath (physically). Seth will crush weasel under his 200 stone physique by trust falling on him
Scalescale vs. Darkness 789 - Don't recognize the other name unfortunately. I'm not too tapped in
chansey and lulu vs. entrocefalo - just a better player
Astral Regulator vs. ARTYMASION - PRC ties run deep

Weaselfie vs seth - potentially the peak of the whole tour, seth is him but weasel is also insanely good. would not be surprised to see this go to bo5 and then the winner of this set win the whole tour. leaning seth slightly but this is really close, am very much interested in the result
Scalescale vs. Darkness 789 - gotta bold my sdpl teammate, esp when theyre that cracked. sorry scale, im biased
chansey and lulu vs. entrocefalo - probably the only other guy i can see winning the tour without some sort of major upset. i wont consider c&l out yet but this is incredibly uphill for them.
Astral Regulator vs. ARTYMASION - this is very much 50/50 but ive not been as impressed with arty's play recently, hence the astral bold. this is still either player's game though
