The reason this Pokemon is here it's obvious due to the title... to be a special sweeper. First off I think it could work. It is pretty good in special attack and its defense of good as well. It also can learn a good amount of moves that range in type. Heat wave is one of them because it can hit both Pokemon and get a stab bonus and can burn them possibly. Another move that is good is earth power. That's there as a back up against rock types. Shell smash is the other move to use in replace of earth power because it raises all my stats with the exception of my defences which are lowered. Hidden power grass is to cover from ground/rock/and water types. Lastly I have sludge bomb as a counter to fairy types.

I've been wanting to use this pikachu since it was announced. Also I think my move set is pretty self explanatory. I have e-speed to hit first and hard for good damage. Wild charge is one of my more probable moves I'd use due to the high damage and stab bonus. Thunder wave is to paralyze my opponent no questions asked. Lastly meteor mash is there for the possibility of an attack raise and because most ground types are duel with rock type.
Gardevoir @ Assault Vest

I will not use mega gardevoir instead I'll use assault vest gardevoir. I have energy ball as a good special move to just have. Psychic is seriously self explanatory a stab psychic move. Shadow ball covers my weakness to ghost types. Lastly I have draining kiss. Most people have criticised me for having this move but it worked great because I can sweep most team alone because it can heal me.
