    On the one hand, pulling out of the initial time so close was poor from you and it should be assumed any time formatted that way is being done in 24 hour time, which is mostly common sense and also showed when he put 13:00 in the initial message.

    However, Axel said "12:00 in the morning", which is incredibly misleading as noon is technically the afternoon while midnight is technically the morning.

    Axel would get activity if he did not contradict himself/write something entirely misleading, even if he did so without the intent to, but he did not. Akboss13 does not qualify for activity at all here though.
