I have something important scheduled an hour after the time you suggested, I think it's better to schedule it on another day/time. What is your availability for games? Morning, afternoon, night and dawn?

11pm GMT -3 is usually perfect for me, for me the best times are in the evening from 9pm GMT -3. But for you it would be after midnight at those times, so another suggestion is 6am on my GMT -3, so it would be 11am for you on your GMT +2.
