You could always just earn the bp through battling. If I am able to transfer a Togepi/Togetic from firered->XD-> emerald, then I would be glad to do the Jigglypuff (Jigglypuff was one of the pokemon I considered doing except I viewed it as a waste if it didn't have wish).

That would depend on the poke. Physical sweepers would take longer as I would have to catch another Ditto and it is like a 4 minute something frame instead of a one minute frame or 39 seconds frame.
Please don't get rid of egg moves and don't level above lv 50 (Articuno excluded from that)
