Well I can do a few of those lol...But in order to be effective some need certain moves :P
All the normal/flyings want BB(if they get it)+ quick attack, because priority is the most valuable thing in LC, and chinchou wants hp grass, otherwise it's walled by...chinchou lol. CHarmander would want either BD, SD, or DD; movesets vary, larvitar NEEDS DD+crunch as egg moves (fire punch works too I guess, but meh crunch is a better filler) I'd list what the rest of them need, but that would make this VM huge :P

It really depends on what you want the mon to do :) Mostly you would want to get as much speed as possible (or as low as possible for TR ), because LC is a speed-driven metagame. I use Marriland's stat calc, because it shows you what the pokemon's stats would be with the EVs you entered. I plan EVs according to nature/IVs; not much else to say about it. If you tell me what mon(s) you're thinking of, I can walk you through the steps I use(If you want me to :))
I noticed :) DO you want to wait for the EV'd version or trade for the UT one? Because I'm working on Hoppip right now(SRing for final result), and when I'm done I'm gonna start LC EVing my new paras, as well as a few others :)
I updated, so I can tell you now :P it was a total fluke really; female adamant 31 / 29 / 29 / 27 / 29 / 24!! just good enough for flawless...with 38 EVs to spare!

I think I'm going to put mix ponyta on hold, and go for the CB set; that way I can actually get something done, lol. I'm glad I saved the 25 - 26 / 30+ / 30+ / x / 30+ / 30+ ponyta just for this!
yawn, new discussion you might want to take a look at in our little group :) It was enough to keep me up all night(has this ever happened to you, or am I the only one like this ?_?), though soloing through HG with surf pika didn't help ;)
