It should be easy for you, now that you have Entralink experience. And Gen 4 is way easier than Entralink because you only hit either odd or even delays, not both. So, if you had a target delay of 723, then there's no way to hit a delay of 722 or 724 (assuming you hit odd delays). You'll get it ;)
I'm jealous of your Adamant Tauros, I wanted that instead of the Jolly one I have.. Luckily I have one more, but I was thinking of going for a Hasty spread on that one..
