    Thank you. I'm experienced with the other tier lists and glancing at Colonel M's GSC opening post for formatting with some wording changes. DHR approved me to do it because I started a conversation with Codaroll and DHR about the topic about posting in Orange Islands (I don't know if VaguKitti did). I will attempt to contact Merritt and Punchshroom. By "at the top" do you mean link the old tier list and discussion?

    For example, look at the RSE in-game tiers thread. It has a "what is a tier list" paragraph, a "what are the tiers" section, a list of Pokemon locations, some tiering policy stuff, a formatting guide, some more tiering policy, some rules for posting in the thread, and after all that, the current tiers. I think you might want to put the current tiers on top of all that other stuff.
