I talked with WildEep about it and I think the new no .pkm rule is justified. .pkm files can't be obtained through normal gameplay and require things like flashcarts and GTS rerouting, and as such, I don't think it's fair to everyone to do .pkm only Giveaways. I'll do a proper Giveaway in the next couple of days.
