RBY 7U, GMT -7 but i work a night shift

Hello! I’m your next opponent for the RBY 7U tournament. My time is GMT -4 (EST) and I am generally free from 3 to 12 PM (my time) but preferably between 8 and 10. What time works best for you? I likely can’t play tonight and Sunday is definitely a no go for me either.
