However, the way the Regigigas part works is that the alternate form is the form its in for the first 5 turns, and you can't change the type of the original Pokemon, only the alternate form. Swapping the typings of the 2 forms would fix this issue.

Hey, Magirex-Ice is way too weak for the current metagame, it doesn't even get Water STAB nor really fills a particular niche for the metagame.
Also, you have to add 40 BST, as outlined in the OP.
