Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
With the vetoes either removed or changed to be more bearable to fight against, we can now move to the voting slate.
Like before, we vote for the five submissions, with the topmost (or leftmost if horizontal) counting for two points. The top three submissions with the most points by Saturday wins.
You may only self-vote for one submission, and cannot be put in first.
Example: User 2’s Submission
User 1’s Submission (SV)
User 3’s Submission
User 2’s Submission
User 4’s Submission
There is a tie between Cyaneedles torterra-powerline and ayecrusher kings abomasnow-evergreen. Since we already have a heliolisk conponent coming I’d expect samtendo to let the abomasnow in.
Now, despite me being biased to my own funny little fellas, I am not opposed to if Abomasnow-Evergreen wins. The overlap of Torterra-Powerline and Heliolisk-Aurora does sway my opinion, but for whatever sub does win, I'm still happy considering I got to a tie :^D

After looking at the two, Torterra-Powerline, Abomasnow-Evergreen and Heliolisk-Aurora are too distinct to overlap given they have different typing and Abilities, unlike last time with the Jumpluff variants where both are Fairy / Flying.
If anyone else has an objection, let us know ASAP.

Slate 3: Divergence and Convergence
This focus around regional forms (and their exclusive evolutions such as Perrsurker and Clodsire), alongside the ecologically similar Pokémon such as Toedscruel and Sinistcha.
Thusly, either the base or donor must be a regional variant, an evolution exclusive to a regional form, or lookalikes such as Toedscruel, Wugtrio and Sinistcha. Main rules applies as usual.
To anyone wondering, both Torterra-Powerline & Abomasnow-Evergreen (alongside the latter's Mega form) are admitted in as the third vote winners.

Name: Tauros-Paldea-Humpback Egg Group: Field Stats: 75/110/105/67/70/100 Type: Fighting / Ground (if possible, this form would make Raging Bull a ground type move. If it isn't, that's fine.) New Moves: Body Press, Scorching Sands, Earth Power, Heat Wave, Yawn. Abilities: Intimidate / Magma Armor / Cud Chew Dex Entry: This desert-oriented breed of Tauros-Paldea are delightfully shaggy, and surprisingly mellow. Flavor: rip Tauros-Paldea-Humpback-Mega.

This has led to cross breeding forming a Muk variant which is notably heated by the properties of the Matcha Sinistcha possesses. Competitive Description: Bulky mon with only one weakness and reliable recovery, but can be a bit passive and has to rely on Matcha Gotcha burns.
Name: Typhlosion- Hisui - Geyser Egg Group: Field Stats: 122/84/78/119/85/95 Type: Water/Fire New Moves: Water Spout, Scald, Clear Smog, Ice Beam, Hyper Voice Abilities: Blaze/Pressure/Frisk Dex Entry: Cyndaquil which due to earthquakes became stranded on an island full of hot springs have had to acclimate to the aqueous environment in order to survive. Grapploct-deadly embrace (grapploct + cursola)
Egg group: water 1
Ghost/fighting
Technician/limber/perish body
80/118/90/70/105/42
New moves: poltergeist, icicle spear, rock blast, stealth rock, perish song.
Dex: this form of grapploct is coated in an odd ectoplasm that petrifies almost all that touch it. Even the few not killed by the ectoplasm will drown trying to escape the grapplocts hold because of its firm grip. The ectoplasm is somehow both spiky and brittle and smooth and gooey.
Competitive: tank or trick room attacker with a lot of unique utility
Rapidash-galar-haircare (rapidash-galar + dugtrio-alola)
Fairy/ground
65/100/70/80/80/108
Tangling hair/pastel veil/anticipation
New moves: earthquake, final gambit, pursuit, hone claws, stealth rocks
This form of galarian rapidash has beutiful hair. Many trainers say it’s all natural and earthy. When these rapidash see other rapidash with more stunning hair they stomp their hooves so hard they create an earthquake. Many of this variant are put in completion where their trainers make a final gambit, in pursuit of the game and the prize, they hone their rapidashes beauty to the top. Many people doing this have been called out for mistreating their Pokemon, throwing rocks at them, which often get stuck to their tangling hair and are a pain to pull off.
Speedy offensive Pokemon with a great type combo. Mostly here for lore and as my one “both fit the criteria”
Syleveon-snowman (sylveon + darmanitan-galar)
Fairy/ice
Field
95/65/65/110/130/78
Cute charm/pixilate/zen mode
New moves: ice beam, flamethrower, encore, powder snow, will-o-wisp
Zen mode: fairy/fire 95/85/65/110/130/118
Despite looking like a snowman, this variant of sylveon is actually as warm as a blanket and a hot cup of cocoa, the snow is still cold though. It loves children and some parents hear stories of “I saw this snowman with a ribbon running toward me”. This variant is much more shy when it comes to parents
Gourgeist-spiky and spooky (gourgeist (only super?) + stunfisk galar
Egg group: amorphous
Ghost/steel 97/100/122/58/75/54
Abilities: pickup/frisk/mimicry
New moves: snap trap, metal claw, stealth rock, thunder wave, earthquake.
This form of gourgeist is covered in spikes in head to toe but tries to imitate a pumpkin. If some poor soul reaches in to try to see why this pumpkin already has a candle in it in midsummer, it will bite hard
Sandslash-alola-iridescent (sandslash-alola and sylveon)
Egg group: field
Steel/fairy
Pixilate/slush rush
75/100/120/25/98/65
New moves: play rough, heal bell, quick attack, last resort, wish
This form of sandslash glows with a rainbow light that makes it commonly seen as extremely beautiful. The ice is still there but it now does not behave like ice and behaves like some otherwordly material
Araquanid-snappy (araquanid + stunfisk-galar)
Bug/steel
Water absorb/water bubble/mimicry
88/70/92/50/132/42
New moves: snap trap, stealth rock, curse, foul play, flash cannon.
This form of araquanid is very spiky and tries to snap onto anything it sees. It is seen in many horror movies but some trainers have an odd love for this creature, but it is almost always 1-way. If you somehow befriend one, it will be a powerful ally.
Loses water stab (it gets literally nothing considering it doesn’t even learn iron head (flash cannon does nothing), but gets lots of bulk with more hp and a typing that is great bulk. Might change this a bit then sub it to fusion evolution
I'm gonna do a little sub review and comment on everything posted thus far. If you see red (or green if you're colourblind), this highlights something that makes your sub problematic and thus veto-worthy.
Spoiled dud: It's incredibly bulky on the physical side if you're running Fur Coat. Even if it has a 4x Fighting weakness, the fact we don't have any Fighting-type winners (barring possibly Heracross-Dust Devil with Fighting coverage) makes me uneasy. Change Fur Coat to something else.
Heavy Ball: I can see a Sheer Force Life Orb set.
Mountain Tyrant: While not as severe on base Mountain King, having reliable recovery on something as bulky as Mega Aggron is a BIG no. Either
remove the Mega or Slack Off.
Surfer Bear: I can see this being an above-average wall-breaker if it choses a status orb. An Eviolite set might be bulkier initially, but Knock Off will make it much frailer.
R Parade: Good physical bulk held back by an average speed.
Wug: It's still not going to be OU material, but Wugtrio at least is somewhat usable now.
Hairy Surfer: An alright pivot. Its Electric STAB on the physical side is poor, though.
Budget Landorus-Tusk: While I'm doubtful that Raging Bull being Ground is an issue, it already has High Horsepower & Earthquake for Ground STAB. As for its mega, if you want to run a Sheer Force set you're pretty much locked to Special sets. However, a reminder that from your current arrangement, it shouldn't be able to Mega, because it's the donor, not the base, who can Mega Evolve.
Engine Sentai Pollution Ministers: A very good improvement over normal Revavroom. Also, while not a critique (and a general note to others) if the base mon just has two Abilities, you can either replace one of its existing Abilities or add in a third if you wish. Just a reminder that it's not like we have an item that allows the mon to access all its possible Abilities.
No use crying over spoilt matcha: Very defensive, but as you stated, balanced by being passive.
Drowned: This is vetoed because, believe it or not, Wyrdeer is not a regional exclusive evo; it is a regional cross-evo, big difference.
Oh no, Tako: Even with the improvement to its physical bulk, I doubt it'll be an effective Perish Trapper (Fairy-types, Status, Knock Off) The identity is also a bit mixed. Technician only works well with Physical sets, so this is probably a Tapu Koko situation.
Balding unicorn: Actually a decent sub. Fast Swords Dance held back by low bulk with various common weaknesses, such as Abomasnow Evergreen.
Hate to burst your bubble...: Very passive. Sure it's bulky on the special side, but it offers nothing else, and its average speed makes it fodder for Rillaboom-HotBeats.
Snowryu: Without Zen Mode, it's very average. With Zen Mode (and I think it should be noted that the Zen Mode Mega would be illegal coding-wise, because then the Ability is Mold Breaker, which nullifies the transformation granted by Zen Mode), it becomes no different to the average Mega Ampharos.

Duck u: It's much more a late game sweeper, but it is deathly allergic to Psychic moves.
Peng: Better utility support.

The ampharos sub was not thought out I was planning on removing it anyways. I could make Araq water/steel but idk. It isn’t complete rilla fodder bc of water bubble and it gets webs. Still ur prob right
Imma keep the cursola. Might flip it, might remove it, might just keep it as a sub I’ll decide later (I just love cursola and grapploct)
Budget Landorus-Tusk: However, a reminder that from your current arrangement, it shouldn't be able to Mega, because it's the donor, not the base, who can Mega Evolve.
Name: Maushold-Ronin Egg Group: Field Stats: 74/91/80/65/75/111 Type: Normal/Dark New Moves: Ceaseless Edge, Sacred Sword, Knock Off, Slash, Night Slash Abilities: Cheek Pounch/Technician/Sharpness
Dex Entry: These Maushold are trained in the Way of the Wott. Competitive Description: Population Bomb is boosted by Sharpness, so why not? It can clear hazards with Tidy Up, then set its own Spikes with Ceaseless Edge.
Name: Gastrodon-Purifier Egg Group: Amorphous Stats: 111/83/106/92/82/39 Type: Ground/Fairy New Moves: Strange Steam, Toxic Spikes, Defog, Will-o-Wisp, Flamethrower Abilities: Sticky Hold/Storm Drain/Neutralizing Gas Dex Entry: This breed of Gastrodon feeds on ocean pollution, purifying the water in the process. Competitive Description: Ground/Fairy is an unused type combination, and Storm Drain negates the weakness to Water. Neutralizing Gas is also an option for shutting off abilities.
Name: Crobat-Arrow Egg Group: Flying Stats: 85/101/80/70/80/130 Type: Poison/Fighting New Moves: Triple Arrows, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Knock Off Abilities: Inner Focus/Infiltrator/Scrappy Dex Entry: This breed of Crobat can shoot arrows from its feather-covered wings. Competitive Description: Triple Arrows on a Pokemon that's actually fast enough to take advantage of it.
Name: Mr. Rime-Monk (Mr. Rime + Mienshao) Egg Group: Humanlike Stats: 85/105/75/110/100/70 Type: Ice/Fighting
Abilities:Regenerator / Screen Cleaner // Ice Body Moves: Hi Jump Kick, Aura Sphere, Ice Spinner, U-turn, Knock Off Pokedex Entry: Monk Mr. Rime is a master of tap dancing and can move gracefully across any surface. It unleashes a flurry of kicks and whip-like strikes against its foes using both its cane and flexible body. Potential Competitive Role: Offensive regenerator Pokemon that can choose between physical, special, and mixed attacking movesets. Can also set-up with Nasty Plot or Calm Mind.
Name: Raticate-Alola-Roasted (Alolan Raticate + Unovan Darmanitan) Egg Group: Field Stats: 75/106/70/40/80/77 Type:Fire/Dark Abilities: Gluttony / Hustle // Sheer Force
New Moves: Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp, Superpower, Belly Drum Pokedex Entry: When Alolan Raticate breed with Darmanitan, it develops an internal flame sac, that it uses to keep itself warm during cold nights. It expels flames to cook its meals. Potential Competitive Role: A physical set-up sweeper with both Swords Dance and Belly Drum.
