Overview

Alcremie è un tipo Fairy difensivo capace di checkare i tipi Fighting potenti come Sawk e Gallade. Alcremie ha alcuni vantaggi rispetto agli altri tipi Fairy della tier, distinguendosi da Aromatisse con la sua combinazione di Calm Mind + Recover e da Ribombee per via del bulk migliore e del puro tipo Fairy. Alcremie impara anche Mystical Fire, che gli consente di minacciare i tipi Steel come Doublade con più efficacia rispetto alla competizione. Inoltre, Aroma Veil di Alcremie lo rende ostico da sconfiggere dopo una o due Calm Mind, in quanto è immune a Taunt ed Encore di Jellicent e Whimsicott. Tuttavia, Ribombee è solitamente una scelta migliore data la Speed superiore, mentre Aromatisse è generalmente più bulky.

Calm Mind rende Alcremie uno sweeper temibile, in quanto diventa difficile mandarlo KO dopo un potenziamento. In alternativa, Mystical Fire garantisce un'immediata presenza offensiva, capace di punire i tipi Steel comuni come Ferroseed e Doublade. Aromatherapy rende complesso fermare Alcremie con mosse di stato come Toxic e supporta il resto del team nei set con Mystical Fire. Acid Armor può essere giocata in combinazione con Calm Mind per potenziarsi davanti agli attaccanti fisici, come Gallade, e ai deboli attaccanti speciali, come Jellicent. Tuttavia, ciò rende Alcremie vulnerabile agli status alterati, quindi un set simile con Rest e Stored Power al posto di Recover e Dazzling Gleam può essere degno di considerazione. Il supporto di Aromatherapy rende i Pokémon difensivi che detestano gli status alterati, come Tangela e Jellicent, degli ottimi alleati. Inoltre, Aromatherapy ha un'ottima sinergia con i Pokémon che fanno uso di Rest, come Wishiwashi.
