Magic Guard: Type: Innate This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, and Burn. They're quite old, so they're applicable to both the old freshmons update and the free nature changes for XY:

First, the freshmons update:
Togetic has 4 TM moves and 3 egg moves, so she is going to get Fairy Wind (free LU), Roost, Dazzling Gleam (TM), Mirror Move, and Extrasensory (egg).
Cleffa has 3 TMs and 3 eggs, so she gets Shadow Ball, Psyshock (TM), Aromatherapy, and Heal Pulse (egg).

Second, XY nature changes:
Togetic is currently Modest, she will become Bold.
Cleffa is Serious, she will become Quiet.

Third, miscellaneous stuff:
Togetic has 3 MC stockpiled (thanks Yarnus!) and learns Wish (1 MC) and Fire Blast (2 MC).
Cleffa has 2 MC stockpiled and learns Grass Knot (2 MC).
