As seen in this post, I purchased Ominous Wind for Rebble; however, I found that it already knows the move, so I would like to refund the 2 MC spent and use them to purchase Smack Down (ORAS TM).
 
LouisCyphre - Hidden Powers are now all Base 6. Note that I went through your profile with a fine-tooth comb, and it took forever. That being said, it is possible that I missed some other "freebie" moves that your Pokemon learn. I would double check to make sure you got all of their pre-25 level-ups. Also, please post the old profiles on Pokemon when you prize claim them -- it typically saves us time. In your case, I was referencing your old post anyways, so it didn't overly matter. You're APPROVED! Make a profile thread in this forum, and make sure not to post too many Pokemon in each post (shoot for around 8-14). Good to have you back; come on IRC if you ever wanna catch up, bud :>

Abilities:

Fort Colorcastle: All 3 of your Eevee have the same error. Iron Tail is not accessible via any Gen 6 TM. Also, marking counter totals helps a ton. Mawile has 26 MC now. You have 16+2-6 = 12 CC remaining and 8-2 = 6 UC remaining. Ping me on IRC when you fix your Eevee profiles. Until then, NOT APPROVED. APPROVED
Take an Azelfie: Timid is +Spe, -Atk as you marked in the profile and the stats are correct, but the (+) is in the wrong place. Also, since Scatterbug only has 3 Egg/TM/HM moves and only 1 Tutor move, it gets bonus MC to start with because it cannot do 5 TM/HM and 5 Egg, nor fill all gaps with Tutors. This means Scatterbug gets 19 MC to start with (see OP) (tagging Its_A_Random because the OP is wrong about Scatterbug and I am kinda spitballing based on new price changes plus the way the system works). FIX AND APPROVED.

  • As jay pointed out Fort's Eevees had Iron Tail and you skipped over it. So jay's overrules.
  • LouisCyphre could have at least noted it but the 82 speed bit is correct (71 * 1.15^) = 82.
jayelt413 it should be 19 MC because some of those eggs and tutors are level ups so they don't count.

Be careful next time.
