The Teal Mask DLC has been released; however, new Pokemon and moves released in this update will not be legal for Week Two of NDPL IV, and will be allowed starting in Week Three. Smogtours will remain un-updated through the deadline for this week, so it is recommended that you play your games there.

Dragapult has been banned from National Dex OU. Because this ban occurred in the middle of the week, Dragapult will remain legal for the remained of Week Two of NDPL IV and the ban will be in place starting in Week Three.

Koraidon has been banned from National Dex Ubers. Because this occurred after Week Six started, Koraidon will be legal for Week Six and be banned starting in Week Seven.

November tier shifts released yesterday and Gholdengo was banned from NDOU yesterday. Both of these changes will not apply to the ongoing semifinals tiebreaker and will be in effect starting next week.
