Also on second thoughts might be worth banning sunsteel strike or shell smash since I can see something like smash steelworker solgaleo being borked (or ban S).
Edit: after considering how to make it playable without banning everything I decided Shell smash + Shift gear + spore ban is the best way. NB bring something for shedinja.
this is playable via gen 6 triples custom game. gen 6 mechanics are used like burn does 12.5% and stuff but gen 7 mons/items/abilities/moves can be used iirc
Same moves banned (keep in mind Quiver Dance was just banned), no extra mons from regular ubers ig? Unless someone wants to talk it out with me and convince me otherwise
