Okay after much thought and deliberation, I have finally gone through activity to the best of my ability and have decided on how to handle the qualification of groups that were not active enough. (Which is a real pain in the ass, just by the way) So without further ado; these are the final qualification standings
Sun Group
1st Seed: LilyAC
2nd Seed: Toadow*
3rd Seed: Mikaav*
AW = Activity Win
AL = Activity Loss
Seo. informed me that he needed to drop out and forfeit all of his games so that's what that's about.
Nobody really even called activity in this group so I couldn't fill it out more thoroughly
*Administrative Decision: Due to the overall lack of activity out of this group, I have decided that the 2nd and 3rd Seeds of the Sun group will go to the 4th and 5th Seeds of the Moon Group as they have shown clear interest and dedication to the tour that has not been present from those in the Sun Group. This decision was not taken lightly, but it was ultimately determined that this was the best option to preserve the integrity of this tour.

With the exception of Tushar Cool and GOAO, (thank you both) no one appears to have shown much of an interest in completing their games. As a result, I am awarding the 3rd seed of the Y Group to the 4th seed of the X Group, mirroring the decision made earlier between the Sun and Moon Groups.
