With an Assault Vest, Tornadus-T turns into one of the better specially defensive pivots in the metagame, being able to tank hits from threats like Dragapult and Tapu Lele before pivoting out to bring in a teammate safely. Knock Off is a fantastic utility move that removes a plethora of items: for example, it can Knock Off Choice Specs from special threats like Tapu Lele and Dragapult, which greatly hampers their ability to wallbreak without the power boost. U-turn generates momentum while hitting Pokemon that threaten it like Tyranitar and Weavile super effectively. Tornadus-T has a couple of options for its final moveslot. Heat Wave allows it to hit Steel-types such as Kartana, Ferrothorn, and Melmetal super effectively, while Icy Wind is an option to hit offensive Ground-types such as Landorus-T and Garchomp if Tornadus-T is required to check them often on certain team structures. 252 HP and 88 Defense EVs allow Tornadus-T to survive Surging Strikes from Choice Band Urshifu-R at full health, while 168 Speed EVs with a Timid Nature lets it outspeed Adamant Weavile.

Team Options
========

Assault Vest Tornadus-T is appreciated on bulky offense teams wanting a defensive pivot that can cover the majority of special threats in the metagame while also being able to help out against physical attackers like Kartana and Rillaboom. Bulky Water-types like Tapu Fini, Rotom-W and Slowbro love Tornadus-T, shielding them from Grass-type attackers like Kartana and Rillaboom, while Tornadus-T can also cover Choice Specs Dragapult for Slowbro in a pinch with its boosted special bulk. Steel-types make for great teammates: Ferrothorn is a sturdy stopgap against Tapu Koko, Rotom-W, and Weavile; Melmetal helps Tornadus-T check threats like Tapu Lele while also helping out against Weavile and Tyranitar; specially defensive Heatran can stave off Zapdos, Tapu Koko, and Blacephalon while physically defensive Heatran helps against Weavile and Melmetal. As Assault Vest Tornadus-T does not have the luxury of Heavy-Duty Boots preventing it from taking Stealth Rock damage, hazard removers like Defog Landorus-T and Tapu Fini are sorely needed. Landorus-T deserves a special mention, as it can take on Electric-types such as Zapdos and Tapu Koko. Sand Rush Excadrill is another Ground-type that can remove hazards with Rapid Spin on sand teams, making it a good partner on those structures. Frail offensive Pokemon like Blacephalon and Weavile are good teammates with Assault Vest Tornadus-T, as they appreciate Tornadus-T's ability to sponge strong special attacks from the likes of Dragapult and Tapu Lele before bringing them in safely to wallbreak or set up.

With an Assault Vest, Tornadus-T turns into one of the better specially defensive pivots in the metagame that can also be an emergency check to Ground-, Fighting- and Grass-type physical attackers thanks to its typing i feel like its more than an emergency check? like i wouldnt say its something you should 100% rely on but its much more than that. not having boots hurts it but like it still is a fine check to rilla esp w the spread in there w 88 def. Hurricane is its strongest STAB move that has a nasty chance to confuse opponents. Knock Off can is a fantastic utility move that removes a plethora of items: for example, it can Knock Off Choice Specs from special threats like Tapu Lele and Dragapult why do we want to remove specs you could also extend this to choice items generally, or remove Heavy-Duty Boots, Leftovers, and Rocky Helmet from Pokemon that switch into it, such as Zapdos, Tapu Koko, Rotom-W, Clefable, and Toxapex. 252 HP and 88 Defense EVs allow Tornadus-T to survive Surging Strikes from Choice Band Urshifu-R at full health, while 168 Speed EVs with a Timid Nature lets it outspeed base 110 Speed Pokemon such as the rare latis (idt theres anything else even kinda relevant?) and Adamant Weavile.

Assault Vest Tornadus-T is appreciated on you should probably note that this is more on the more bo side generally teams wanting a defensive pivot that can cover both sides of the spectrum effectively. Bulky Water-types like Rotom-W, Slowbro, and defensive Tapu Fini love Tornadus-T shielding them from Grass-type attackers like Kartana and Rillaboom, while Tornadus-T can also take on Choice Specs Dragapult i would say like soft check or something - its really not something i like to primarily trust torn w but its something it helps w for Slowbro. In return, they can help Tornadus-T check offensive Ground-types including Garchomp, Landorus-T specify sd, torn doesnt give a shit about defensive's attacks. i also wouldnt mind just cutting lando out of here, and Excadrill that can overwhelm Tornadus-T, while Rotom-W and Tapu Fini have the bonus of being solid Weavile checks. It should be noted that Rotom-W and Slowbro can form pivoring cores with Tornadus-T via Volt Switch and Teleport respectively and why is this good? you can also have a full sentence on the stuff it can bring in. Steel-types make for great teammates: Ferrothorn is a sturdy stopgap against Tapu Koko, Rotom-W, and Weavile thanks to its amazing Grass / Steel dual typing; Melmetal helps Tornadus-T check threats like Dragapult and Tapu Lele while also helping out against Weavile with its mixed bulk and strong Double Iron Bash; specially defensive Heatran can stave off Zapdos, Tapu Koko, Dragapult, and Tapu Lele while physcially defensive Heatran helps against Weavile and Tyranitar. As Assault Vest Tornadus-T does not have the luxury of Heavy-Duty Boots preventing it from taking Stealth Rock damage, hazard removers pair extremely well with it i would say more like are sorely needed or something. Sand Rush Excadrill is a fantastic teammate on sand teams as it can force out Electric-types like Tapu Koko to remove hazards with Rapid Spin, while Defoggers like Landorus-T and defensive Tapu Fini are solid hazard removal options on other team archetypes.

With an Assault Vest, Tornadus-T turns into one of the better specially defensive pivots in the metagame that can also be an blanket check to Ground-, Fighting- and Grass-type physical attackers thanks to its typing. (as discussed on Discord, focus on this set ability to pivot against special attackers since u would be able to pivot against mons utility torn regardless of invested or not) Hurricane is its strongest STAB move that has a nasty chance to confuse opponents. (bit irrelevant to include given that everyone knows what Hurricane does.) Knock Off is a fantastic utility move that removes a plethora of items: for example, it can Knock Off Choice Specs from special threats like Tapu Lele and Dragapult, which greatly hampers their ability to wallbreak without the power boost, or remove Heavy-Duty Boots, Leftovers, and Rocky Helmet from Pokemon that switch into it, such as Zapdos, Rotom-W, and Clefable. (this sentence drags on for a bit main thing really for this Tornadus-T set is being able to take a hit and remove special breakers boosting items which makes it much more effective to switch in on them. While the other stuff is nice to mention, wouldn't say its necessary since its drags on.) U-turn generates momentum while hitting Pokemon that threaten it like Tyranitar and Weavile super effectively. 252 HP and 88 Defense EVs allow Tornadus-T to survive Surging Strikes from Choice Band Urshifu-R at full health, while 168 Speed EVs with a Timid Nature lets it outspeed Adamant Weavile and base 110 Speed Pokemon like Gengar. (It's not worth mentioning the latter since those mons are super niche to be mentioned.)

Team Options

Assault Vest Tornadus-T is appreciated on bulky offense teams wanting a defensive pivot that can cover both sides of the spectrum effectively. (again focus on the special side more since you play vastly different then your typical defensive torn.) Bulky Water-types like Rotom-W, Slowbro, and defensive Tapu Fini love Tornadus-T shielding them from Grass-type attackers like Kartana and Rillaboom, while Tornadus-T can also cover Choice Specs Dragapult for Slowbro in a pinch with its boosted special bulk and access to Knock Off. In return, they can help Tornadus-T check offensive Ground-types including Swords Dance Garchomp and Excadrill that can overwhelm Tornadus-T (so you say in the overview that tornadus-t can check ground-types, but now this somewhat contradicts with what was said.), while Rotom-W and Tapu Fini have the bonus of being solid Weavile checks. It should be noted that Rotom-W and Slowbro can form pivoting cores with Tornadus-T via Volt Switch and Teleport respectively. This is particularly notable because Slowbro and Rotom-W draw in Grass-types that Tornadus-T threatens, such as Ferrothorn, Kartana, and Rillaboom, generating significant momentum if they manage to bring Tornadus-T safely onto the field against those threats. (this sentence feel vague cause realistically compressing ground partners and hazard removal is odd as you benefit both merits of non ground hazard removers as partners to cover electric weakness, and other flyer hazard removals, split the sentence and mention more.)

(this whole section needs a lot of work tbh, the lack of offensive partners mentioned, especially for how good this set is in offensive teams, and no mentions of partners appreciating the ability to take on special attackers, only focusing on the physical side. You also drag on for the bulky water partners, which is just 85% of the teammate section when there are a lot of other things you can talk about.)

Assault Vest Tornadus-T is appreciated on bulky offense teams wanting a defensive pivot that can cover the majority of special threats in the metagame while also being able to help out against Grass-, Fighting-, and Ground-types. (honestly u can just mention things like kartana and rillaboom instead.) Bulky Water-types like Rotom-W and Slowbro love Tornadus-T, shielding them from Grass-type attackers like Kartana and Rillaboom, while Tornadus-T can also cover Choice Specs Dragapult for Slowbro in a pinch with its boosted special bulk and access to Knock Off (fluff). In return, they help check physical attackers that can overwhelm Tornadus-T like Melmetal and Victini, and Rotom-W has the bonus of being a solid Weavile check. It should be noted that Rotom-W and Slowbro can form pivoting cores with Tornadus-T via Volt Switch and Teleport respectively. This is particularly notable because Slowbro and Rotom-W draw in Grass-types that Tornadus-T threatens, such as Ferrothorn, Kartana, and Rillaboom, generating significant momentum if they manage to bring Tornadus-T safely onto the field against those threat.(this whole section drags on when some stuff can be shorten and unified but most important just restructuring. there is some unnecessary stuff as well since yeah drawing in grasses is useful, but again not the primary use for this set, also move this later into the analysis.) Steel-types make for great teammates: Ferrothorn is a sturdy stopgap against Tapu Koko, Rotom-W, and Weavile thanks to its amazing Grass / Steel dual typing (fluff); Melmetal helps Tornadus-T check threats like Dragapult and Tapu Lele while also helping out against Weavile and Tyranitar. with its mixed bulk and strong Double Iron Bash (fluff); specially defensive Heatran can stave off Zapdos, Tapu Koko, Blacephalon Dragapult, and Tapu Lele while physically defensive Heatran helps against Weavile and Melmetal. As Assault Vest Tornadus-T does not have the luxury of Heavy-Duty Boots preventing it from taking Stealth Rock damage, hazard removers are sorely needed. Landorus-T and Sand Rush Excadrill are fantastic partners as they can remove hazards with Defog and Rapid Spin respectively while being able to check Electric-types such as Tapu Koko and Zapdos, while Tapu Fini is also a viable Defogger that meshes well with Tornadus-T, as it is a sturdy short-term stopgap against threats like Weavile and Tyranitar with its fantastic bulk and Water/Fairy typing. (another sentence that drags on separate it and mention hazard removers like lando-t and fini and corv in one sentence, and then mention ground partners that help cover its electric weakness.) Frail offensive Pokemon like Blacephalon and Weavile are good teammates with Assault Vest Tornadus-T, as they appreciate Tornadus-T's ability to pivot out of its checks like Zapdos and bring them in safely to wallbreak or set up.(I would reword the last part since they appreciate tornadus-t ability to sponge special attacks and be brought in.) Urshifu-R forms a pivoting core with Tornadus-T with U-turn while offensively checking Tyranitar and Weavile, and benefits from Tornadus-T bringing it in on the likes of Melmetal. Scizor likes Tornadus-T shielding it from strong special attackers like Dragapult and Volcanion, and can set up on Weavile and Tapu Koko. Rillaboom is a notable teammate, with Grassy Terrain easing the burden on Tornadus-T to check Ground-types like Garchomp and Landorus-T, and it can threaten Electric-types like Rotom-W and Tapu Koko with its strong Grassy Glide. (the first sentence is enough for partners.) (This section still needs a lot of work before being sent to GP.)

(one issue that is apparent when you write your analysis is that you drag on sentences with a lot of unnecessary fluff or information. I would reorder the teammate section to hazard removers > grounds > offensive partners > and everything else can come after tbh.)
