RULES
- GENERATION 2
- The following pokemon are banned: Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh and Celebi.
- Sleep Clause
- Evasion Clause
- OHKO Clause
- Species Clause
- Battle Timeout
- SleepPerishTrap banned (i.e. you can use Mean Look + Perish Song or Mean Look + Hypnosis, but can't use Mean Look + Hypnosis + Perish Song on a same pokemon)
- Legendaries are allowed to use the move Hidden Power
- NYPC Moves allowed
Optionals:
- Apply PP Ups
- Disallow Spectators (if one of the players wants, it must be enabled)
