EDIT: oops, Glacier said you don't have any Ice-type Pokemon!
Arena: Dragon's Den (Johto)
An Island in the middle of an underground lake. The historic home of dragon Pokemon gives off an aura which boosts the base power of dragon moves by 2. All attacking moves permitted.
"You may not enter"

The stern old man growled as he said those words. he was guarding a large cave entrance, located in the back of Blackthorn City. The person he was talking to, a teen named Glacier, was looking quite exasperated, but he drew in a deep breath and mustered all the courage he had.

"i must. there is a battle down there and i've been told to..." Glacier Stood his ground and stated his case, but that didn't stop the rough man from smacking him in the head. "Ow! crazy old coot!" Glacier cried, and right before the guard was about to cheap shot the kid a figure appeared from the cave.

"Move gramps, he's with me."

Glacier turned and saw Lyris, one of the competitors of the match he was supposed to ref. Also behind her stood Rewindman, looking stern and serious as always. The old man stiffened up and gave a bow to the two. "Very well." he gave Glacier a glare and muttered under his breath "Hustle punk."

After a short walk down limestone stairs the trio entered the belly of Dragon's Den, and with the help of a ferry they moved to the island, where the battle would take place.

"Ok guys, now that everything is settled, let's have a clean and fun battle!" Glacier declared, waving his hands and arms for dramatic effect.

Abilities:
Trace: Type: Can be Activated

This boost is maintained at the end of each round.
Analytic: (Dreamworld) Type: Can be Enabled
If this Pokemon attacks second during an action, its attacks have two (2) more Base Attack Power.

Ice Beam is spammed (used on A1, A2, and A3): Dragon Claw ~ Dual Chop ~ Dragon Claw
All attacks are aimed at Shelgon.

Alright guys, lets do this.

Mac: enjoy that special attack boost, you're gonna need it. Clearly that Fraxure is the more troublesome one of the two, so let's take it down.
First, hit it with a Tri attack, then hit it with a Return, and finally Tri attack the dragon!
If fraxure is fainted, use the remaining actions to icebeam shelgon

Tri attack - Return - Tri attack (all on fraxure)
Icebeam shelgon if fraxure KO'd

Saffron: They underestimated you.

Dragon pulse, then dragon claw, then dragon pulse, all against fraxure
If Fraxure is ko'd, just redirect the attacks to shelgon.

Round 1: The Dancing Dragons that like Manicures

As Lyris calls her pokemon onto the cool island floor, a bright light blinds everyone! when it clears (and gramps quits complaining), were a bagon and axew stood now lie feicer opponenets- Fraxure and Shelgon!

Without wasting any time Kibago gives a performance like no other. With sharp movements and twisting leaps, the pokemon shows his enemies a marvelous Swords Dance! Mac is not impressed, and decides to show Kibago what he thinks of that little routine. with a lift of his digital paws, a white triangle appears and with swirling power it launches into Kibago! Freeze! Zap! Singe! The Tri Attack hits hard, but the fraxure stands tall. Meanwhile the two shelgons, being at the same speed, both attack at the same time! Saffron manages to fire off a mighty Dragon Pulse, aiming it right at Kibago! i guess Rewindman's team doesn't appreciate the visual arts. to retailate Lyris's Shelgon decides to spit a deadly Toxic attack at Mac, but the attack falls a little short and misses!

Swords Dance: Kibago -7 energy, Kibago +2 attack
Tri Attack: Mac -6 energy, Kibago -16HP
Dragon Pulse: Saffron -6 energy, Kibago -20HP
Toxic: Shelgon -7 energy, missed

Kibago must be mad he got pummeled. surely he'll attack! Oh wait, i was wrong. Instead we see the Fraxure's claws glisten in the dim lighting. oh! it must have gotten a manicure. well i must say, they do bring out his eyes... er what was i saying? getting the metrosexual out of me, and putting it in simple terms, Kibago honed his claws. Once again a certain Mac is unimpressed, but this time he slams the dragon with a Return attack! Mac sure must love his Trainer! awwwwwww! Oh, and here come the twins, attacking at the same time! this time Saffron sends some Claw action at kibago, reminding him which Dragon is number one. The shelgon on lyris's side decides to mimic his teamate, and he too Hones his Claws. i bet those two are feeling pretty! oh so pretty........ gah! Must......stop......

Hone Claws: Kibago -6 energy, Kibago +1 Attack +1 Accuracy
Return: Mac -6 energy. Kibago -15 HP
Dragon Claw: Saffron -5 energy, Kibago -17HP
Hone Claws: Shelgon
-6 energy, Shelgon +1 Attack +1 Accuracy

Ok. after being practically smashed to a pulp all round, you owuld think Kibago would attack right! well here he goes into a!.......... another Dance? this time the moves are more fluid, like his Dragon-self! Furious that the pathetic excuse for a pokemon is still alive, Mac fires one more Tri attack of death, and it almost does the job! with a little help of Saffron's Dragon Pulse, which is critical!, Kibago is down for the count, wishing instead of dancing he would have attacked. and what can Shelgon do? puke. Yup, he fires a big nasty blob of up-chucked Toxins at Saffron, which poison her!

Dragon Dance: Kibago -6 energy, Kibago +1 attack, +1 speed
Tri Attack: Mac -6 energy, Kibago -16HP
Dragon Pulse: Saffron -6 energy, Kibago -25 (critical hit)
Toxic: Shelgon -7 energy, Saffron became badly poisoned!

Round 2: Quick but not Painless

Mac decides to starts things off this round a little chilly, and with his cyber hands pointed directly at Shelgon he fires a Beam of Ice! BRRRRR! Shelgon shakes off the attack and runs into Saffron! or else tries to. the ice got in his eyes and the attack misses! Saffron however doesn't miss as she opens her mouth and releases another Pulse of dragonic energy! She gives her Trainer a smile, but since winces, the poison starting to take its toll.

Ice Beam: Mac -7 energy, Shelgon -21HP
Dragon Rush: Shelgon -6 energy, miss
Dragon Pulse: Saffron -6 energy, Shelgon -20HP
Toxic: Saffron -2HP

Mac now goes in for another powerful attack, this time it's a Tri Attack! the white polygon floats in the air gracefully, then slams into the sluggish beast that is Shelgon! Saffron sees that it is her time to shine, and primes up a
Dragon Claw. Shelgon spies his enemy coming closer and decides to fight claw with claw, but instead of hitting Saffron, the Shelgon aims at Mac! both Dragon Claws hit their targets, and while Mac seems barely scratched, Shelgon looks like he is hurting a lot! To end the round we see Saffron once again get hurt by the poison deep inside her.

Tri Attack: Mac -6 energy, Shelgon -16HP
Dragon Claw: Saffron -5 energy, Shelgon -17HP
Dragon Claw: Shelgon -5 energy, Mac -14HP
Toxic: Saffron -2HP

Infuriated that he got hit after all this time Mac put all his icy hatred into one last Ice Beam! the Ice sticks to the outer shell of Shelgon, but otherwise he's still standing! Until Saffron uses Dragon Pulse. The mighty purple beam soars across the battlefield, and lands a direct and super effective hit onto the frosty foe! Shelgon tries to counter-attack with his Dragon Rush, but faints!

Ice Beam: Mac -7energy, Shelgon -21HP
Dragon Pulse: Saffron -6 energy, Shelgon -20HP
Toxic: Saffron -2HP
