  • Heya, I was reading your article "All About Stats, Training, and Breeding in RBY / GSC" and I'm a bit confused about the effective maximum for stat xp.

    "Hence, the Stat Exp. caps at 65025. Because the amount is rounded down during calculation, only 63002 are necessary."
    "This brings your Pokemon's Stat Exp. to 25600 in each stat, meaning 37904 remains." (25600+37904 = 63504)

    Why are these numbers different?

    Pretty good here too. Stumbled upon smogon through reddit and fell into a wave of nostalgia. Been living the working life for some years now, life's pretty good. you still play mons aswell?

    Nice, played a lot of shield here, after skipping all of the 3ds games. Shit felt good though slightly simplified. I love how much simpler breeding / training good mons became.
