Dang. Thanks Random. Follow-up question then. Is it possible to RNG the stats and nature of the dogs, or are they fixed? Not sure about this one, since a friend of mine in Japan said that the ones he got had fixed natures but he forgot to check the stats before he saved.

Is it possible to acquire a flawless IV legendary in any version through RNG means? I've been seeing flawless IV'd legendaries in the Wi-fi section, but I remember that some legendaries in Shoddy Battle were restricted from flawless IVs for some reason. Either that, or I'm mistaken about how...

Although this isn't that much of a problem, since Flygon has even defenses, putting the extra 4 EVs into Special Defense would probably be better than 4 EVs in HP so that Porygon-Z doesn't get the SpA boost.
