    The claim isn't limited to the scope of the site.

    In addition, certain things that one would call creepy wouldn't be more legal if done in public. It would just be stupid and a lot easier to catch them.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer. I wasn't aware you were referring to private messages. I was thinking more along the lines of just BTD had been following people's activity. I didn't know he was reading people's PM stuff.

    It's hard to remember, especially since I haven't done 3rd gen myself. Have to touched RNG at all since early BW. In any case, I had someone else giving me info and testing. I think I remember him saying it was a soft reset so the commenter could be right. Sorry, I'm not a big help here.

    I believe user: Nixhex helped with testing and did a lot of 3rd gen RNG. You can see if he remembers anything.
